How it works

Subscribe in ZAR or USD
Although we are based in South Africa, we are delighted to have a growing global community of Bound to Bounce Instructors. To make things a little easier, we are giving you the option to subscribe in either ZAR using PayFast or USD using PayPal Subscriptions.

How it works:
  1. Please select your preferred option
  2. Once we have received your first payment, you will be enrolled into the Bound to Bounce subscription 
  3. You will receive an email notification
  4. Sign into your Bound to Bounce online platform
  5. Join the next class live and access all previous class recordings
  6. Cancel at any time. Please note, should you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to the weekly zoom session or historical recordings. 
  7. If you decide to rejoin, your access to all historical recordings will be re-activated.
  8. Looking forward to see you in class!

All class recordings will be available on your course platform within 24 hours after the session - so you'll never 'miss' a class. Previous sessions will stay in your dashboard so you can always view the classes again.

Monthly Subscription

Sign up for a monthly fee of $15. Your class library is available for as long as you are subscribed. Cancel at any time. 
Meet YOUR instructor

Liané Brink

Liané holds a National Diploma in Dance Technology (TUT) and is a certified group fitness (HFPA), Zumba, Rhythm Pilates and Comprehensive Basi Pilates instructor. She has 20 years of experience in the movement industry as a professional dancer, choreographer and fitness trainer. She also qualified as Rebound instructor through Rebound SA in 2018.
