This is a series of specialised warm up sequences for rebounding workouts. Each sequence can be used as a Warm up and Preparation section in a Rebounding workout. As the Pilates principles are applied to all the workouts, each sequence also creates a new, controlled template for Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Muscle endurance and strength and Balance and proprioception work in a class.
